Remember Pete and Toki from last weekends family/engagement shoot? Well yesterday was their wedding day and we were lucky enough to be a part of it. We can honestly say that photographing this wedding didn’t even feel like work. Having met Toki last weekend, we knew the details would be awesome and we were right. I think the biggest enjoyment for us though, was purely spending the day with these guys and their friends. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and it was easy to forget that we weren’t there as guests. We left the reception feeling like we had made new friends and we want to wish Pete and Toki much happiness together. You are both amazing people.
We started over at the Holiday Inn with Toki and her bridesmaids. Check out these awesome shoes and take note of what’s written on the heels.

Then we headed over to the boys where getting ready was treated a little differently. It started with a 3 hour surfing session and then a few stiff drinks.

The ceremony was held at Budds Beach. It was hard to believe we were so close to Surfers Paradise.
Harper was very happy to see his dad!

The reception was held at the very cool Bumbles Cafe. The details in this place are A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! And everyone knows how much we love details!
